Music and literature put together on stage - what would that be? Opera!
Of course, everybody knows.
Children’s opera everybody knows a little less but chamber music for children – this is hardly known (and hardly exists) at all.
Why is that?
Nothing seems to be more exiting for kids than being in the eye of an action, not missing any details and having a really close look...
Chamber music is exactly like that!
Sitting close by, seeing everything the musicians do, how they look at each other, when they wrinkle their nose, when they have a scratch...
Then why not playing chamber music for children?
Every child loves fairy tales. Every child loves pictures.
Every child loves music. Every child has dreams.
So the trio panta rhei came to the idea of making special chamber concerts for chilren- but not just simply music but music together with a story and pictures.
As the story takes shape in the pictures (which are put on the wall with a beamer) the music supports the plot and intensifies the atmosphere.
The picture book becomes a visionary gesamtkunstwerk.
Enchanted by music and colours the children (and their parents) will be taken on a fascinating trip to fanciful worlds.
